Here are our house rules that are meant to ensure the safety of our cats and visitors as well as make sure your visit is purr-fect:
Please sanitize your hands using our free sanitizer when you enter and exit the cafe, as well as before consuming any treats you purchase at the cafe.
When entering and exiting the cat space, please make sure that no cats are let out. They are master escape artists!
You can bring innon-alcoholic drinks from the outside or purchase one of our drinks,. You can also purchase and bring in one of our pre-packaged bakery treats. If you are consuming treats or drinks in the cat area, pleasekeep them away from the cats (even if they give you the sweetest look).
When petting the cats,start by letting them smell your pinky before seeing if they give you the go ahead to pet their head, chin, and neck. Please refrain from petting their tails or back ends as they can be really sensitive.
Walk slowly using your “marshmallow feet” (can you tell we’re teachers?!), so as to not startle the cats.
Please take photos and videos, share them with your friends, but refrain from using your flash which can really startle the cats.
Pleasedo not pick up the cats, even if they do try to jump into your arms!
Enjoy your time with the cats, play with them, even nap with them….andembrace your inner catitude!
